“Hidden in LOVE” | 24”x30” oil on panel

This painting was part of the exploration of my artistic voice, while I studied at the University of North Texas. The model is wearing a design that I created as an expression of God‘s love while playfully referring to Gucci couture. The hat she is wearing says LOVE and she is standing in front of a wall of foliage. “Hidden in LOVE” is a spiritual state as well as a literal state, as the model is camouflaged into the background and the focal point is the red had that spells “LOVE”.
